4. Select the MONTHS you would like your LAYAWAY PROGRAM divided into: (follow the guide lines below). Since your order TOTAL’S $508.75 you may choose up to 6 MONTHS. You may choose less than 6 months if your prefer just follow the same guidelines. We will use 6 Months for this sample: $508.75 (divide by) 6 = $84.79. $84.79 is your DOWN PAYMENT AND YOUR PAYMENT FOR EACH MONTH.

1. Complete the ORDER FORM as you would normally when placing a regular order.

3. In the PRICE COLUMN on the same line enter your DOWN PAYMENT AMOUNT, *ADDING IN THE MINUS (-) SIGN IN FRONT OF YOUR DOWN PAYMENT .*this will indicate that you are on a layaway program.

4. Enter total amount less your down payment in the TOTAL Merchandise block .

5. Enter amount of balance (regular order amount, less deposit, plus shipping and handling) in the TOTAL box.

Layaway Policy and Agreement
All Orders are Final. All layaway account are final/ Any payments are non-refundable and non-transferable if you should decide to cancel or alter this order. Order are started upon receipt of down payment and progression of work to be done on your order will be based on the promptness of your payments. Allow 2 weeks delivery after your final payment is received in our office. Monthly statement will be provided as a reminder via email.
