Complete the Form below. Once we receive your request we will email you a AUTHORIZATION NUMBER to be placed on the outside of your package you are sending your unused jewelry in.

Upon receipt of your package we will evaluate and chemically test the contents.
Costume jewelry CAN NOT be used to for this process.

We will contact you with the out come of the evaluation . We can then discuss your options and the piece or pieces we will be able to create for you.

Should your items be unusable all you pay is the postage to have them returned.
